At City Posters Plus, every product is made to order especially for you. We work with trusted print and fulfillment partners around the world to produce and ship your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer.
• Change of mind.
• Ordering the wrong product, color, or design.
• Personal preference.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will replace it or provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs showing the product and the packaging.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to investigate the shipment and help resolve the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error or a manufacturing defect.
